HURR Marine Descaler






Hydochloric Acid based. Designed to dissolve the toughest water scale, lime, mud, and rust deposits from virtually all water based equipment. We always use X Scale SPW at 1- 2% to wash out any debris after we use our environmentally friendly descaler as it removes any black sediment that may lie in the bottom of the tube. A multi-purpose aqueous degreaser that removes oil, grease and cutting oil emulsions from industrial components, leaving a residue-free surface. Performs equally well as a vehicle traffic film remover. It is separator friendly. Versatile degreaser, for use in cleaning industrial components and floors. Contains only biodegradable cleaning agents. Environmentally friendly.

 The alternative is X Scale SSGold which is the Marine Friendly Rig Wash that is HNOC approved for offshore work. Clients use it to clean oil tanks and oily contaminated equipment from offshore rigs and refineries on shore to remove crude oil in tanks along with diesel, petrol and other Hydrocarbons.

X Scale LF is a solvent free, VOC free and environmentally friendly. Used in high pressure spray tunnels, steam cleaners and power wash systems to provide an oil free surface. Designed to remove oil, grease and cutting oil residues from finished and semi finished engineering components. Rust inhibited (AMS1526B), quick break, aqueous cleaning fluid that is non emulsifiable, low foaming even up to 10 bar, inhibited and offering no risk to painted surfaces, acrylics, non-ferrous metals and soft sealants. Dilute between 2 - 5% depending on the degree of soiling and the level of corrosion inhibitor required.
